Christmas Eve

Apparently my begging and pleading paid off, because my wonderful hubby bought me a domain for christmas. The new domain is.... thedomesticdiva.org ...so make note of it. I am so excited. I have to teach myself php, seeing how I now can use php. I can do so much more stuff now that I have a real domain. This will probably be my last post on blogger as I am thinking of switching to wordpress, but look for me over at thedomesticdiva.org.

Does anyone have any good php sites? To teach my how to use it, etc.?

All I want for christmas...

is a personal domain name. I want a domain name entitled "thedomesticdiva dot ...". But I need you guys' help, if you are feeling generous this season, please consider making a donation to the Domestic Diva Domain fund. I am not one to beg for money, so if you don't want to I understand. But if you are just looking to donate some money, I believe the Domestic Diva Domain fund would be a great cause.

I am an aspiring web designer that would love to have her own domain for christmas to practice her web design. There is only so much that I can do on a free site. I've done all I can do on a free site, now I need to upgrade to the "big guys" and get a real domain. Please help a girl out.

Alright, I'll stop begging now. Just consider it. Anyway, I hope everyone is having a good holiday season so far. I am finally getting into the spirit. Tomorrow is my sons first birthday, I am so excited for him. I am running around the house making cookies and cakes, wrapping gifts, trying to get everything just right for tomorrow. I just stopped by the computer to check my mail and figured I would make a little plea with the good people of the blogging world to donate a little "mu-lah". No one will probably donate but I figured it wouldn't hurt to try.

OMG!!!!!

I WON, I WON, I WON, I WON!!! I won the Best Designed Blog category at the Best Blog Contest 2005. I can't believe I actually won. I am so happy, proud, excited right now.

Not only did I wake up today to find out that I get to go shopping on Amazon.com and get a really cute button to show off on my blog, but upon weighing myself, I am down to 129! Thatz right, I've lost 2 more lbs. I'm on a roll today. Today, is definately a good day.
